Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hobbease, we aim to provide a seamless experience for both tutors and students. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding bookings made through our platform.

1. Cancellation Policy
– Students can cancel a session up to the same day as the scheduled session.
– Cancellations must be made through the Hobbease app or website.
– Late cancellations (those made after the same-day cancellation window) will not be eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Policy
– If a session is canceled by the student within the allowed cancellation period (same day), a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
– Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
– If a session is canceled by the tutor, students will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
– No-shows or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
– Courses or bundles with special terms will follow their specific refund policies outlined at the time of purchase.

4. Rescheduling Policy
– Students may request to reschedule a session by contacting the tutor directly through the platform. Rescheduling requests are subject to tutor availability.
– If rescheduling is not possible and the cancellation period has passed, the session fee may not be refunded.

5. Dispute Resolution

6. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised policy, and we encourage you to review it periodically.
